We heard that they served very good but expensive steaks at this place so we decided to check it out. This restaurant has a indoor area and terrace sittings. We chosed indoor as it was too hot outside that day. The deco is typical American restaurant style deco. They have a wide range of dishes on their menu but unfortunately, their burgers and their combo menu are reserved for Lunch Menu Only. So we had to choose between different type of beef cuts and other platters like chicken and fish. My friend ordered a steak with additional prawns while I ordered a prime rib cut. I have to say that the meat is cooked right and they are all so delicious - they sort of melt in your mouth and before you know it, you have finished the whole piece and wanting for more.... En overdose de cuisine chinoise, l'envie d'un bon steak-frite me pousse à visiter ce steak-house américain bien connu au pays de l'oncle Sam. Bonne nouvelle : la formule n'a pas été "adaptée" aux goûts locaux ! Mauvaise nouvelle : les burgers ne sont pas servis le soir. De fait c'est sur les grillades qu'il faut se concentrer. Elles sont vraiment très bonnes, viande fondante, grillée exactement comme demandée, mais aussi fort chères (compter une grosse quarantaine de dollars). C'est probablement inévitable si la viande doit être transportée par avion a travers le Pacifique. Pour ceux que le bœuf rebute et qui ont atterri ici malgré tout, il y a aussi du poulet et du poisson au menu (à des tarifs plus doux de surcroît).... (lire la suite)
